Mary has dedicated her career as a Licensed Clinical Therapist to helping adults find their confidence and courage to pursue their life’s dreams. Mary’s undergraduate degree comes from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. While obtaining her Masters Degree in Social Work at Southern Connecticut State University, Mary studied and worked at the Yale Child Study Center at Yale Medical School and Silver Hill Psychiatric Hospital. Mary’s passion to work with people and help them change their lives led her to a career working solely with women and creating LifeSpring with her colleague, Karen. And, most recently, Mary trained at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specializing in depression and anxiety. Mary’s uses her therapeutic skill and endearing sense of humor to help women feel comfortable along their journey towards fulfillment.
